Heat Recovery Ventilation is designed to provide your home with the necessary air changes required throughout the day while minimising heat loss that would normally occur through standard ventilation. It does so by using the heat from the stale air being removed through extract fans within the house to indirectly heat up the cold fresh air being pulled in via a heat exchanger. As well as an annual change of filters we also offer a full inspection of the Heat recovery unit including the cleaning or flushing of the heat exchanger and testing of all electrical and mechanical components. Careful balancing of the extract and supply vents in each room is also included and necessary to ensure adequate flow rates of air within each room.
