SEAI Fingal Renewables Ltd. is a registered and approved contractor for the SEAI Better Energy Home scheme. This means we are registered to carry out works in your home including heat pump installation and heating control upgrades all up to current building regulation and requirements.
Heat Pump Grants
Fingal renewables Ltd. is fully registered and approved with SEAI to carry out works on your heating system upgrade to a heat pump.
Before we can carry-out design and installation works, the homeowner must carry out a technical assessment to ensure their home is heat pump ready.
At Fingal Renewables Ltd. we will provide a full technical design and product specification for the installation of a heat pump into an existing domestic building. This design will be bespoke to each individual property.
We work closely with the leading manufacturers of heat pumps and are happy to advise you on the best option available to your home.

All homeowners, including private landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2021 can apply. This is defined as the date your electricity meter was installed. This is different to other grant measures where the home must be built before 2011.
To qualify for a heat pump system grant your home must be well insulated and have low heat loss. This is to ensure your heat pump system performs well and your electricity bills are not too high. That is why we require a technical assessment to be carried out first.
